Campingplatz am Neumühlsee

This campsite is beyond description: right from the first approach, you get the impression of having landed on a junkyard! To the left and right there is debris, broken and abandoned caravans, and piles of scrap metal. The only positive aspect is the proximity to the lake! The toilets were only opened at 1 PM on a Saturday, and there was constant construction noise.

The camping area is located by a very beautiful lake. But that is also the only positive thing. The site is quite run-down. The toilets smelled terrible. The showers are a joke and not clean. But the best part is the price. 52€ + 1€ for card payment. We were two people, two tents and a bike, electricity included. We experienced several campgrounds on our trip and never paid more than 33€. But this place is outrageously expensive and poor. On the site (tent area), there were tons of bottle caps laying around. The tent area has a slope, which also makes sleeping very fun. I can only say that I will definitely not stay overnight there again.

Beautiful location by the lake, weak reception, no site assignment, site unfortunately looks a bit "scruffy", narrow for caravans, cleaning of sanitary facilities too infrequent, no roll service during our stay, showers no hot water, dishwashing facilities out of order, chemical toilet dump no water.

Drunken parties of permanent campers who argue and cause a ruckus all night. No minimarket as indicated, actually nothing except a campsite. Sanitary facilities are below all standards. We left after one day and looked for something nicer in the area.
