Nice campground right on the beach. Easy check-in the next day if you arrive after 8 PM. Good price, clean sanitary facilities, good disposal and water station.

Unfortunately not so good, apart from the location.

The campsite really has a great location, despite being fully booked some bathing houses were closed. No hot water even after multiple inquiries. The pitches are not very large, but we didn't find that annoying. The sanitary facilities are not quite new anymore, there were not enough hooks to hang one's things. For six sinks, three small hooks that hang on one sink.

A beautifully located spot, right by the lake. Unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect. The sanitary facilities are in poor condition and were unbelievably dirty during our stay, which is also contributed by the associated beach. The place also seems very crowded and very noisy.

Wonderful days at Lake Constance and yet ...

... I leave this campsite with mixed feelings. Very nice location by the lake and good opportunities to explore the surroundings around the Untersee and Überlingersee with the e-bike. Friendly welcome at the site and guided to the pitch. Overall, a clean impression but definitely starting to show its age. The sanitary facilities are in urgent need of renovation. Mold in the cabins and some closed due to defects. Waste disposal is somehow embedded between the sanitary facilities and the dishwashing area. Very quiet at night, but during the day a bit too much dog emissions.

Beautiful site with direct lake access, facilities somewhat aged
Very good8

We have already been to A. several times for short stays (usually 3 days with a VW Bulli, registered in 2021), so we are familiar with the sometimes tight and tricky, closely arranged situation and manage well. Direct lake access with great sunsets, 12-hour bistro with good management and offerings, friendly reception, and gruff groundskeeper. The sanitary building needs some sprucing up, especially the beach area and waste management.

Perfect Location

The great location right by the lake, the shady trees, and the very friendly staff made up for a lot. The pitches are very small, and the site gave me a somewhat dirty impression... especially the waste area was totally filthy :( What a shame!

Nice little campsite with cramped pitches and no vehicles at the site. Great location right by the lake.

We were five with the caravan (7.50 m) there for five days during the Pentecost holidays. Well-kept camping, sanitary facilities relatively new, nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Due to the pre-reservation, the site manager showed us all the available pitches and we could choose freely. All in all, the pitches are quite small and very cramped. The motorhomes are also parked very close together, but the location by the lake, the restaurant, and the pedestrian proximity to Allensbach make up for it. Negative: Shower tokens 1€ Bread service very expensive.

One of the highlights is the collection of artefacts from the Neolithic Age to the 20th century.
