Site
Level ground, gently sloping towards the lake in a sparse deciduous forest. Some pitches near the beach are between hedges (where some permanent campers are located). Public hiking and biking trail runs through the campsite. Railway line audible at a distance (no train traffic at night).
Access to water
Approximately 650 m long shoreline with two sandy beaches. One with a sunbathing lawn and a bathing island as well as a boat mooring and reed belt. On the other side, boat rental and an attached lounge-style beach bar. Separate beach section for guests with dogs.

Like sardines in a can...
The site is mostly shaded, with a few places in the forest. The pitches are advertised with 70-100 m2. However, this does not correspond at all to the actual sizes. Disappointing! Price-performance ratio is out of balance.
Great marketing, but in reality it's disappointing! Max 3 stars. The parking space is outrageous!

Very nicely situated place, well-maintained sanitary facilities. However, the signage to the site is not very good.

Only the sanitary facilities are royal
Great place to visit Potsdam. Extra charge for 10A, extra charge for Wi-Fi longer than 1 hour, and this is in addition to the base price and 5 stars. The campsites are too small. The sand and acorns that fall on the roofs are simply due to the forest. That's part of it. It gets restless, we had a p… More

By the Water
Very nice campsite for water and cycling enthusiasts, as well as hikers who want to experience excursions into nature or to Potsdam and Berlin by land or water. In addition, there is a royal infrastructure and great gastronomy on site.

Super beautiful campsite, highly recommended!
The best and most idyllic of all the campsites we have had so far. Beautiful location with a lake view in a piece of forest. Wonderful view, great ambiance. Everything necessary is on site, definitely highly recommended!
