Site
Level ground, gently sloping towards the lake in a sparse deciduous forest. Some pitches near the beach are between hedges (where some permanent campers are located). Public hiking and biking trail runs through the campsite. Railway line audible at a distance (no train traffic at night).
Access to water
Approximately 650 m long shoreline with two sandy beaches. One with a sunbathing lawn and a bathing island as well as a boat mooring and reed belt. On the other side, boat rental and an attached lounge-style beach bar. Separate beach section for guests with dogs.

We enjoyed our time here! The sanitary facilities are clean and spacious, always very well maintained. The staff is friendly and kind. There’s a small sandy beach with a swimming area on-site. Potsdam is easily accessible by bike along the lake, about 7 km away. There's even a shuttle to the train station. The rolls are very tasty and the shop is well-stocked.
