I would recommend the campsite to dog owners. Otherwise, there were definitely too many dogs. They were always on a leash, but the owners sometimes did not have control over their animals. When a simple leash is all that stops a dog from jumping on me in an unfriendly manner and potentially biting me, the fun stops. The owner apologized. I still find this unacceptable. This wonderful combination of - a quiet location a bit away from the main roads - directly situated by Lake Plöner - surrounded by a beautiful forest area - the more than generous space for each individual pitch - electricity directly at the pitch - well-kept and daily cleaned shower and toilet facilities - and a shop right at the reception for anything you might have forgotten, is simply the dream for every camper.
