The site could receive 5* from me if a part of the staff (an older gray-haired lady) were not so extremely unfriendly and in no way customer-friendly or customer-oriented. This person makes you FEEL VERY much like you are disturbing as a camping guest and are actually unwelcome. Cash payment is more or less forced through settlement with high pawn fees (exclusively cash). A much friendlier young man, who however seems very dependent on the older lady and somehow seems not to be able to really decide anything for himself. Camping fee per night = 33.50 euros. Additionally, there’s 3,-- EUR/person tourist tax. Definitely ask for the discount booklet of the so-called "Ostseecard". This is NOT voluntarily handed out! We only found out about it by chance...

The place is simple, clean, and tidy. The washrooms are a bit older, but well maintained. Fresh rolls during the high season. The operators are always friendly and have an open ear for the campers. Dog beach and natural beach towards Grömitz in close proximity. Disc golf course practically at the door. You can reach the town center in just a few minutes on foot. Those looking for a natural place without pretentiousness will feel perfectly at home here!

Positive: Close to the area but still a quiet location. Beach nearby. Campsites are sufficiently large. Electricity, water, and sewage can be accessed without long connections. Negative: Low toilets Hot water for flushing only with a key No paved paths, very dusty in the wind Limited parking possibilities when checking in and out

The campsite is nice and quiet. Very conveniently located near the beach. Right at the dog beach. What is not so nice is that the toilets are very low and the cabins are very cramped. What is also bothersome is that there is only warm water with a key, even for rinsing! It would be better if it were already warm.

The site is in very good condition, the sanitary facilities are of older vintage but always very clean. Unfortunately, the toilets hang a little low but it will be renovated in the coming years. It didn't really bother us. Electricity is charged flat-rate at €3.50/day, which is perfectly fine. Hot water for showering is provided with a key transponder that needs to be charged (40 minutes for €10). The handling is quite simple, those who can't manage that are just too dumb 😂 Bread rolls are available directly on site, a supermarket is within walking distance. The city center is also just 10 minutes on foot. The operators are nice people with always an open ear for the guests. Conclusion: we will go back again next year.

Mostly permanent campers, toilets are for "Lilliputians", hot water for showers is only available with a key, just soaped up, cold water comes, so out of the shower stall and turn the key. Hot water for flushing also only with a key.
