The square is located right in the city center and is ideal for exploring the surroundings. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. A very nice welcome from the caretaker, who speaks German very well. Everything is a bit aged but very clean and works great. A real recommendation.

The location is absolutely central, situated behind the old castle complex at a small marina. It is completely quiet there, and the few trains passing by on the adjacent railway embankment did not disturb us. However, with just a few steps across the historic drawbridge, you find yourself in the midst of it all: harbor, beach, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping opportunities - all just a few steps away. The site manager is very helpful, nice, and speaks very good German. The sanitary facilities are old but well-maintained, spacious, and absolutely clean! The pitches are quite level and mostly with grass. The view of the old castle and the small harbor is simply idyllic. For us, one of the most beautiful places on our tour through Masuria.
