Clean, large campsite. Not cell to cell. Very idyllic. Right in and by the forest. Many hiking possibilities. In summer with beer garden and great, affordable food. Dog-friendly. Internet in this area is not always good, but you can manage with it. 😊

The campsite is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes through the dreamily beautiful Wispertaunus. The site is beautifully laid out, very well-maintained, and managed in a friendly manner. We were there on the first weekend after the extended closure due to corona, yet the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Nice long-term campers immediately helped us, the camping newcomers, with our caravan. At night it was very quiet; during the day, there were quite a few bikers on the country road where the campsite is located. The sanitary facilities, although not the newest and rather simply equipped, are very clean. The restaurant looks inviting but has not yet been in operation due to corona. Maybe next time - we will definitely come back.
