Good layout, super friendly staff, insufficient maintenance and number of sanitary facilities during peak times, unreliable booking (can be changed to a different option in the same category without apparent reason until arrival).

The place was apparently just newly paved, albeit with clay content, there was of course a shower... I don't understand how one can act like this. And the showers and toilets allegedly had flood damage, personally, I would rather say that the work has not been completed legally.

Pricing very unclear. It resembles somewhat of dice or gambling. We requested a spot far away from noise, pool, playground, etc., just quiet when booking. This was promised/confirmed, with a spot number. We found the spot good and confirm the reservation. When we arrived, there was a young man at the reception who gave us a spot by the toilet at the back of the spot by the pool… Thanks for the whole day of walk-in customers to the restroom and kids screaming above the spot. My complaint was dismissed by the way with: and it is reserved, to change the booking. Very big! For us, this is done! We are going to other providers who still take customers and satisfaction seriously.

We were here as a couple with a caravan for a week and we are absolutely thrilled. The sanitary facilities are very large and always clean, especially the showers here are finally big enough and the water pressure is also great for thick hair. We were here in autumn and it was always pleasantly warm, and you didn't have to freeze in the washroom. The comfort site offers really a lot of space, from our small caravan you could also set up two units. Very nice, because you're not so cramped next to the neighbors. Those traveling with children have a fantastic offer to keep them entertained, there’s table mini-golf, mini-golf, an outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and additionally daily activities with various possibilities. But adults also get their money’s worth here, there are massages and many sports programs you can join.

In my opinion, not 5 stars compared to other places. The sanitary facilities in the comfort area are unfortunately not clean and not comfortable. Many long-term campers. The surroundings are beautiful and many excursion destinations are easily accessible. The pitches are nice, playgrounds are okay.

Whole facility as well as parking space, sanitary facilities, etc. are good; there is almost everything the heart desires. Many offers for families with children, everything is on site but not exactly in the lower price segment. We were there for the second time with a friendly couple. On the bill for 4 nights, there were 3 different overnight prices. Additionally, the other couple had to pay significantly less, same conditions. I then inquired and was informed that this difference arises due to the booking date. We booked almost 6 months in advance, the other couple 10 days before us. Now it seems that at this site, the pricing is made based on the occupancy of the site. The booking confirmation does not indicate how the price is composed, only a total amount. A clever billing method, there are no price lists; the fuller the site, the more expensive the parking spaces. So for the guest, there is no way to understand how the price comes about; the occupancy of the site and the respective daily prices can be considered as an interpretation issue according to need. Thus, from a business perspective, for the operator, it is a top billing model with fully flexible pricing according to demand, connected with the ongoing camping boom... I can only imagine the rest. The price at the time of booking is, of course, fixed. And of course, everyone can set their prices as they wish. For us and the other couple, definitely a big downside, no simple comparison with other sites possible, only through written quotes. One can only hope that there are no families getting one of the last spots, as that would cost a lot. We can gladly do without this campsite.

Great, clean, and modern sanitary facilities, especially in the upper area, large parking spaces with lawn edging, nice playground, quietly located, many excursion possibilities in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our visit.
