The house was very expensive, especially when considering that we had to pay almost 50€ extra for electricity/water over seven days, even though we hardly consumed/utilized anything and lived frugally. Additionally, it was very dirty! A huge amount of dust under the beds and sofa, dirty window frames, and the floor in general was not clean, especially not at the edges. No oven/microwave. The reception hours are very disruptive, especially with small children.
