Camping Vilsta

The campsite is located directly on the idyllic Eskilstuna River and is part of a large holiday and leisure complex. You benefit from a brilliant combination: in addition to the classic pitches, there is a sports hotel, a youth hostel, and great conference and event rooms. You certainly won't get bored here!

You don't have to walk far to cool off! Only about 50 metres separate you from the refreshing bathing opportunity in the river. A pleasant driveway leads you directly to the beautiful beach pool on the river, where you can relax, swim, or simply enjoy the Swedish nature.

The parcelled pitches are between 90 and 100 square metres in size. The terrain is a slightly sloping meadow, pleasantly divided by shade-giving trees and hedges. For heavier vehicles or campers who prefer extra stability, we also have some asphalted pitches on offer.

Prices vary depending on the season and the type of accommodation you choose. Here is an overview of the main cost factors:

• Overnight prices: It is best to enter your travel dates directly to check the latest daily prices.
• Electricity: We have 10-amp connections directly at the pitches.
• Dogs: Your four-legged friends are very welcome, though small additional fees may apply.
• Wi-Fi: You can use the wireless internet across the entire campsite.
• ADAC Campcard: You can save a lot with this card during selected low-season periods.

Getting here is super straightforward! The campsite is only about 4 kilometres from the centre of Eskilstuna. The access roads are well-developed, so you can easily manoeuvre even with a larger car with a caravan. If you prefer to travel without a car, you will find a public transport stop just 600 metres away.

You don't have to leave the campsite for a delicious meal. There is a cosy restaurant directly on the grounds. For your daily needs, we have a practical grocery store. If you prefer to cook yourself, a handy covered cooking facility is also at your disposal.
