we were there with a small child and a caravan. Children's sanitation facilities, various fixtures in the bathroom were defective for the entire duration; contamination of the walls in the adult toilets throughout the entire time, many camping parcels were not marked, leading to disagreements and discussions among the campers; generally rather a site that focuses on mobile homes; trash lies in the hedges, never cleaned up, Wi-Fi was not working for several days; at the reception two tours are sold, but then there are incomplete and incorrect details regarding arrival, with the few tours a weak result; in the restaurant we, along with other families with small children, were "forgotten", apparently it is preferred to serve guests who come and go quickly, upon arrival we were prohibited from parking the vehicle in the waiting area by the security staff, although it was completely empty, but there was no space for a trailer in the parking lot, after 12 hours of driving an outrageous and unnecessary discussion was necessary, then we could park in the waiting area, there was no other place anyway, what that was supposed to mean is still unclear to me; despite online check-in, long waiting time, thus no benefit for the vacationer; the beach and sea were often very polluted by the sea, but the operator cannot be blamed for that.

As a camper, this place is not recommended. You are pushed back into the far corners of the site. Nearby, there is a disco that can be heard very well until 4 AM. Outdated playground. The amusement park is a joke. At the reception, the computer is constantly crashing. No bike paths; riding on the main traffic roads is life-threatening. Very far from everything. You have to drive everywhere by car. Why the ADAC gives all stars here is a mystery to me. Once and never again.

As a camper, you are strongly pushed back here - mobile homes are more lucrative. The cleanliness of the site is okay, The restaurant on the site is not recommended.

I'm sorry that I have to give this great place a bad review this time, but since dogs are allowed in this place (unfortunately, this was only announced in May of last year), I do not want to vacation there anymore. I dislike, among other things, when dogs are brought into the restaurant, despite the ban, to scavenge food from the tables. On the beach, dogs were allowed everywhere there were no rental umbrellas (intentional?). All our acquaintances were also dissatisfied with me and will not vacation there anymore.

Check-in takes forever despite prior reservation. The area consists 90% of bungalows; campers are considered second-class guests. Campsites available with ACSI card are limited to 4 in the far back area - totally uneven ground, no site numbering there, no shade. Only one washroom nearby - far too small (2 men's toilets, 3 women's toilets), poorly maintained, cleaning usually occurs during peak hours. The walk to the beach takes about 12-14 minutes (better to bring a bike!), the closer access to the beach was closed (for whatever reason). Recently, dogs are allowed, and they are sometimes taken for walks on the site and do their business on unoccupied campsites.... The disco, according to the description, has soundproofing - but the noise goes on until the early morning hours. The site itself is very poorly maintained; in 7 days, we didn't see anyone sweeping or checking the pathways (we found 4 iron nails on our site, which we then removed). The supermarket on the site is terrible; we've never seen such rotten and partly moldy fruits and vegetables. Check-out also took forever; just before, the computer crashed, and there was a camper in front of us whose ID couldn't be found, leading to almost incomprehensible billing since we were charged with an ACSI card in the off-season (which the computer can't handle - what's the point of having software then?!). How this site receives 4 stars from ACSI and 5 stars from ADAC? We would also like to know that. Conclusion: once and never again.
