Flat, paved terrain, designed like a park with tall eucalyptus trees, palms, pines, and other deciduous trees. Located between the road and the rocky coast. Many pitches offer sea views. However, the ground is a bit challenging for tent campers - screw pegs are recommended.
Around 40 meters long and 6 meters wide pebble beach bay. Separate, elevated sunbathing area with panoramic views and access to the sea via a ladder.

Great spot under palm trees
We (2 adults, 3 children between 10 and 15 years) were at site 722 (Maxi Gold) with our motorhome during the Easter holidays 2023. The individual pitches are not the largest (some awnings likely could not be set up), and there was a footpath right next to our spot that connected the higher pitches t… More

Small and cramped place
Nice little spot outside of San Remo. We had a spot in the 2nd row. The washrooms were clean. A supermarket is accessible in 5 minutes on foot and is always open. It was quite good for a short stop. We paid 130 euros for 2 people with a pitch, electricity and tourist tax for 2 nights. The price is o… More

Good site with a small private bay by the sea
the entire area is paved; with a bit of skill, the awnings can definitely be set up; small beach with little sand; the card-controlled access to the sea is unnecessary; restaurant very good; own seawater swimming pool; sanitary facilities brand new or somewhat worn; unfortunately no urinal, hence hi… More

Significantly inflated prices
We had a pitch in the second row with a sea view. Over Easter, a proud 85 euros. The sanitary facilities were partly without hot water while showering. We were told to let the water run for 10 minutes. The rinsing water was only lukewarm. The garden area was partly not well maintained, the palms wer… More

Good with potential for improvement
Very beautiful and green site. We had a very good spot in the 2nd row; however, the parcels are very narrow, extending the awning is difficult, and it is hard to secure it due to the paving. Swimming is okay, but the number of sanitary facilities and their cleanliness is greatly in need of improveme… More

Great Campsite
I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The area is paved, which we liked because it’s simply cleaner when the weather is bad. The sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated, but everything is always spotlessly clean. Nice friendly staff, you can reach the beach through a door that can be o… More

No Thank You!
It may be true that in the 1st and 2nd row there are nice spots with sea views, but you can't actually get into the water from the 1st row. The small bay should have shown you where you can go swimming. I once had a so-called 'green spot' for one night, never again. Everything is paved and 3.5m wide… More

Definitely won't come back!
Here are just a few points that will prevent us from visiting this campsite again: Missing urinals in the restroom facilities. Sanitary facilities are sometimes without light at night and in the early morning. The rinse water is barely lukewarm. Very unfriendly staff at the reception! Employees do s… More
