The campsite is located, as is often the case in Liguria, between the sea and the road. We stayed in the second row with a view of the sea and could hardly hear the road. The site is managed professionally; however, the sanitary facilities are aging. They were regularly cleaned, but we feel the ADAC rating is too high. We would have given a maximum of 3 stars.

NO 4-star site. Okay for a stopover! Everything is paved

Location outside Sanremo. Outskirts area. The site is fully paved. Spaces are very narrow and small. Those coming with a caravan cannot park their car in most spots. There is also no parking area for cars inside the camping, so parking outside is necessary without security. The sanitary facilities at the sea-near spots are very small. 2 showers, 2 toilets. The sewage often smells extremely strong. It's not fun to eat in that stench. There is a private cove, but I don’t find it particularly beautiful. The site itself and the green spaces are hardly maintained. It seems that only the bare minimum is being done. New mobile homes are currently being built. Potential is there, but nothing more. The pool was not clean. Everything was already totally yellowed. Most of the loungers were already defective. For what you get, the site is far too expensive! The pizza was, however, very good.

Great view - and what else?

Unfortunately very loud due to the neighboring construction site. Despite asking whether construction work would take place during the week of our vacation (which was vehemently denied), the work started at 8:00 in the morning. The pool is cold and dirty. Unfortunately, we also had noisy neighbors who partied outside until late at night. But this doesn't bother anyone from the staff.

Great spot under palm trees
Very good8

We (2 adults, 3 children between 10 and 15 years) were at site 722 (Maxi Gold) with our motorhome during the Easter holidays 2023. The individual pitches are not the largest (some awnings likely could not be set up), and there was a footpath right next to our spot that connected the higher pitches to the beach access. We did not find the passersby disturbing; those looking for peace should seek a spot at the edge. The entire area is paved - it’s up to each person to decide if they prefer that, but almost all pitches are in the shade of trees. Our Maxi Gold pitch was surrounded by large palms, and we had a direct view of the sea because the pitches in row 1 are situated a bit lower. Traffic connections are good (bus stop 100m away), shopping options are available 24/7 300m away, and to get to the center of Sanremo, the best way is to use the cycle path; walking can be a bit far with children, so: bring scooters or bicycles. We found the pizzeria to be fine. The staff was always friendly and did their best. We’re going back there the day after tomorrow (Autumn holidays 2023)!

Small and cramped place
Very good8
Tanja
Nice little spot outside of San Remo. We had a spot in the 2nd row. The washrooms were clean. A supermarket is accessible in 5 minutes on foot and is always open. It was quite good for a short stop. We paid 130 euros for 2 people with a pitch, electricity and tourist tax for 2 nights. The price is of course a bit exaggeratedly high but that's just Italy.

Good site with a small private bay by the sea
Pleasant6
Stephan
the entire area is paved; with a bit of skill, the awnings can definitely be set up; small beach with little sand; the card-controlled access to the sea is unnecessary; restaurant very good; own seawater swimming pool; sanitary facilities brand new or somewhat worn; unfortunately no urinal, hence high water consumption; for those who want to meet many campers, take site 906, as this is often used as access to the playground or the sanitary building; 300 m away there is a supermarket open 24 hours / 7 days a week; the road is audible in the upper part of the campground; very friendly staff throughout the campground.

Significantly inflated prices

We had a pitch in the second row with a sea view. Over Easter, a proud 85 euros. The sanitary facilities were partly without hot water while showering. We were told to let the water run for 10 minutes. The rinsing water was only lukewarm. The garden area was partly not well maintained, the palms were unsightly because the old fronds had probably not been trimmed for years. Overall, the site does not deliver what one would expect for the prices. It borders on being a rip-off.

Good with potential for improvement

Ralf
Very beautiful and green site. We had a very good spot in the 2nd row; however, the parcels are very narrow, extending the awning is difficult, and it is hard to secure it due to the paving. Swimming is okay, but the number of sanitary facilities and their cleanliness is greatly in need of improvement. One toilet and two showers for the first two rows are clearly too few. The sanitary building at the top is also undersized. For €77.17 a day (2 persons and a camper), this is clearly at the upper limit and, in our view, not worth this price.
