Absolutely solid. The staff is fantastic and the pizzeria is the best in the world (yes, we have already tried many). The sanitary facilities are just acceptable, but it is manageable for the location and the place itself. Lots of trees and shade, no problem.

The campsite is fine and the staff is friendly, the location is nice. We were just surprised that there was basically no toilet paper (not even toilet roll holders in most toilets) and no soap. During the high season, the beach was overcrowded, and it was difficult to find a spot for your own umbrella, as the beach is not very wide and long. Consequently, we had little space for the kids to play on the beach, and it was even forbidden to play volleyball or similar games on the beach. That was only allowed in the water. When the kids started digging in the sand, the lifeguard would immediately come over and make it clear that they had to fill it back in when they were done. Eventually, they didn't dare to dig in the sand anymore. I have never experienced anything like that. Unfortunately, there was very often a red flag even with really harmless waves, so we were only allowed to go up to our knees in the water, and the lifeguard constantly whistled at us. All in all, the campsite is fine; however, the beach is not recommended, especially for families. We would not vacation there again.

The campsite was okay. Officially it is closed (24.03.22), but upon email inquiry we got a pitch for 19 Euros per night. They are currently doing renovation work. The sanitary facilities were fine. Totally sufficient for one night. The place is still sleeping and is being prepared for the season. However, it is nice to look at.

Good location with direct access to the sandy beach and a 20-minute walk (many steps uphill) into the town of Peschici. The site is small and cozy, with a few spots in the front row directly by the beach (without shade) and most other spots mostly under trees. We had no problem setting up our camper van with a length of 6.7m. The sanitary facilities are clean, and the showers operate with shower tokens, although they are short, we paid 1€ for 5 tokens, so no issue there. The restaurant was closed, and it is not so easy to find an open restaurant in the off-season. Some wild dogs roam around the beach, holding their "concert" at night. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful. With an e-bike, you can visit Vieste on a circular route (about 50km) with great views and beautiful sections.

Pleasant spot, although small, sufficient plots, shade, short walk to the beautiful beach with loungers and umbrellas. Sanitary facilities up-to-date and clean, restaurant good. Great pizzas, good salads, affordable prices and all with a view of the sea and the city. Wonderful!

Small CP at the lively beach below Peschici. Pitches small but adequate; shady. Sanitary facilities borderline; showers narrow and with shower tokens; are very short timed. Walkable to the beach and up to Peschici. Good for a few nights.

On our Gargano tour, we spent 2 nights at Camping Bellariva. The site is nice and clear. The pitches are, as is usual in Southern Italy, rather small - more than 6 m for the camper is not advisable, then it just fits with the awning. There is a small shop with the essentials, prices are okay. Simply accessible on foot from the main road. A vegetable vendor comes daily. The sanitary facilities are clean, but could be cleaned more often, as guests sometimes do not pay attention to cleanliness. Coin-operated showers. Unfortunately, the machines sometimes 'act up', so there are coins available for a bit less than on the price list, and often a few more. The water is pre-mixed, if you go to shower a bit earlier, it is almost too hot. But the pressure is excellent. The lovely beach bar turns into a restaurant in the evening. You can eat well and cheaply there with a great view of the city. The beach is fine sandy and clean, in our opinion there are far too many rented umbrellas and almost no space for personal belongings (the free strip at the campsite beach is about 4 m wide). All in all: we were quite satisfied, would come back again, but not for a long-term stay.
