As a camper who values cleanliness and good service, I was disappointed with my stay at Belvedere Pineta. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweigh the positive points such as the beautiful location in nature. The sanitary facilities are the biggest point of criticism. They are in very poor condition, feel outdated and were often unclean during my stay. For the prices being charged here, this is simply unacceptable. The overall maintenance of the site also leaves much to be desired, the paths and green areas look neglected. The price-quality ratio is not justified. You pay a high price but get an infrastructure that urgently needs modernization. Additionally, there are sometimes high extra costs for services that are standard at other campsites, such as wifi.

Showers and toilets clean. Beach clean. Location and surroundings very nice and quiet despite many campers. Beach bar good. Had a pitch a bit away from the hustle and bustle, that was a good choice.

Loud, constantly driving tractors that also pollute the air, overall a completely neglected area, sports facilities cracked and defective... Small shop only for minimal supplies with canned goods, drinks, ready-made bread, almost nothing fresh. Freely roaming dogs, that is frightening. Water very shallow, not suitable for swimming, stinks of mud and algae.

Real peace if someone wants it, otherwise there was already something going on. Grado is about 5km by bike, easily accessible. Supermarket at the site, restaurant was okay, and sports facilities. We had clean showers and toilets. The site has aged, but it didn't bother us. A little annoying was that motorhomes over 280cm had to use the side entrance, which took a while. The Wi-Fi or network was a disaster. But all good, we were on vacation and with the e-bike we were quickly on the move. TV only worked with DVD. No network, even email was exciting. But the site can't be blamed for that.

The campsite is very beautiful in terms of the terrain. The pitches are large and shady, with beautiful old trees. You can walk wonderfully with your dog, and the run area is also large and fenced. Our pitch was very quiet, not close to the road, and you can choose the pitch yourself, which was also possible in mid-August. The sanitary facilities were clean but very outdated. I felt like I was transported back to the 80s, every camper was running around with toilet paper. Toilets without toilet seats. The cleaning lady was aggressive and constantly scolding. Overall, the buildings are very outdated and need more than just a coat of paint. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the decor was quite unloving. The supermarket has everything you need for daily necessities. The beach is clean but without direct sea access, making everything a bit muddy and swimming not so great. The dog enjoyed it. Animation was only available at the pool for a few hours and twice for children's dancing in the evening. I would go there again because it was quiet and not overcrowded even in August, and I don't need animation. I can also ignore the cleaning lady. 😏😂

We were allowed to spend 10 days here and apart from the pitch under a large pine, there really isn't much to commend. The advertised beach can only be accessed with water shoes - the water stinks, the ground is saturated with seaweed and mud, not really great. The toilets are clean but without seats, soap and towels it's an experience. The restaurant was good, the supermarket had everything you need, and the large, shady pitches. Rather unpleasant is the adjacent road, which does have a speed limit, but nobody adheres to it, and also the Beachboys who every morning at half past seven sort the sand again with a huge tractor.... the same will also be used every afternoon from 12 onwards to drive around with an aging trailer and spy on the campers in their tents. We will definitely never do this again - driving almost 1000 km for such a disappointment. How the ADAC could get its 3 stars is truly a mystery to me.

We were here for six days because the ADAC had highly praised the place. However, we were better informed! We will never visit this place again!! Everything is run-down. The sanitary facilities are completely outdated and partly broken. Everywhere there are pests in the showers and toilets. No toilet seats or toilet paper. No soap or anything else. The shop is also uninviting. It's really a shame because the surrounding area where the site is located is very beautiful. You can only say thank God we were with the caravan and had our own little kingdom. It feels like no one cleans on the site either.
