Friendly reception. Large private pitch. Neat, clean toilets and showers. Nice restaurant. For the first time in years, I swam in the camping pool — great! Located at the intersection of two well-known cycling routes; I rode sections of both right on site. Moreover, there is an old railway line where one can also cycle. This route towards Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre is mostly paved. La Châtre is a charming little town. We were just passing through, but ended up staying for 3 nights.
