Camping Val de Boutonne offers a marvellous river view surrounded by greenery in the small commune of Saint-Jean-d'Angély in the French region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The campsite has a boat hire service for exploring the river. It also has an outdoor pool for swimming and a great playground for children. With bike hire and a multi-purpose sports field, there are plenty of exciting leisure options. A snack bar including a bread roll service provides catering on the site. Fine for one night, but that's it
The location near the highway was convenient, but otherwise the place was not very appealing. We chose this site as a stopover due to the good reviews and to be honest, we were a bit disappointed. Nice Stopover
👍 Clean sanitary area and nice big pitches. Restaurants are nearby. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you for a walk. Pitch / Rental Accommodation: Level ground and clean sanitary facilities.
