By far the nicest place in the area
We were here for a good week. Very friendly couple running the site, flawless briefing. Both speak several languages, including very good German! Experienced Camping Couple
We have never experienced a worse place in 20 years of camping. The showers and toilets are stuck in a condition from 1950. No one would be allowed in here in Germany. Reception speaks German! The site is nice, but very simple and aged! There is a backlog of renovations! Sanitary facilities are not recommended, but we have everything on board! Very very rude, not recommended, outrageous
We asked if we could shower for money, and the woman said we should find free spots and shower in the rain, then I wanted to go to the toilet and we were told that we should disappear immediately.

Catastrophe
Two and a half stars for this place is a mockery. The location is great, but the sanitary facilities are a disaster. One shower for women, two showers for men, two toilets for men, and two for women. Access to two of the toilets is only possible through the kitchen.

Natural is the right word for the place. Especially for the sanitary facilities. One can better relieve themselves in the forest. If one doesn't mind anything, one can of course go in there. was there for a longer time in 2011, 2013, and 2015, perfectly adequate for my needs, beautifully located by the lake, and always friendly and competent staff. See you soon: I think it will be soon. Best regards.
