Great Campsite in the Masurian Lakes

A very nice campsite in a dreamlike location right by the lake. Restaurant on site with a good Polish kitchen. The simple sanitary house was continuously cleaned. For showering, you pay 3 Zl. and can shower for 5 min. VERY HOT!!! If Poles celebrate, they usually do so a bit louder and longer, so you have to be prepared for that 😉 (it only happened to us once!). As a hotspot for excursions to the attractions of the Masuria region, the site is very well suited! Dogs are welcome.

A registration by mail in Polish was not answered. We arrived here at 7:30 PM for one night with the motorhome. The reception at the front desk was very friendly. The price for a pitch with electricity for one night was charged at 88 PLN, which did not match the price list displayed here (according to our calculation about 60 PLN). However, the pitch was very large, had a prime location directly at the pier by the lake. The electrical box soon fell apart, but it provided the desired power. Next to us, a birthday was being celebrated, which became quieter later in the evening. The showers for both men and women turn on only after finally inserting the second 2 Zloty coin. There was continuous warm water, even for washing hair, and the shower was very pleasant. More hooks could be added, which would be more practical so that things don't have to be placed on the wet floor. Right by the lake, there are many great offers for play and sports. Our conclusion: for one night it was quite expensive, and the operator should update the price list on the website.

New Facilities Aren't Everything

June 2018

There are probably hardly any quiet campsites in Poland. Therefore, there is plenty of hustle and bustle, singing, and music here until the evening. People are often out and about with friends and family. But despite the full occupancy in mid-July, everything is not unpleasant. The camp allows for quite a bit and offers much if you're not seeking total seclusion. At the campsite, you can book kayaks, and the tour according to the provided map is definitely recommended. There is a new sanitary building, but without a stove or any kitchen facilities. Showers and toilets are opposite each other, which makes the toilets unnecessarily wet and dirty, even though they are cleaned regularly. Overall, however, it is a nice vacation atmosphere found here. The small restaurant next to the reception with reasonable prices and good offerings also contributes to this. Not a boring place, that's for sure.
