The campsite is a real insider tip for anyone who likes it quiet and cosy. With only 24 partitioned pitches on a total area of 0.5 hectares, the atmosphere is wonderfully family-friendly. The pitches are extremely spacious at 150 m² and offer you plenty of free space on the green meadow.

Yes, absolutely! Your children will love the small petting zoo with pigs and goats. The site also offers a table tennis table for exciting matches and a cosy recreation room. Since the grounds are very manageable, the little ones can move around safely and discover nature.

The sanitary facilities are modern and very well maintained, which is also reflected in the excellent ANWB rating of 4.6. There is an accessible sanitary cabin for guests with reduced mobility. A real highlight is the cosy communal kitchen with a coffee bar, where you can even find regional products, as well as a covered cooking facility.

Since the site cannot be booked directly via PiNCAMP, you should prepare for the following points in advance:

The journey is super relaxed! Camping Tjaerdastate is a campsite close to the highway, so you don't have to conquer any complicated routes. The pitches are located on a flat, green meadow that is easy to drive on. The site is therefore ideally suited for arrival by car with a caravan.

In the morning, the site offers a practical bread roll service for a relaxed breakfast. For larger purchases, you will find a grocery store and a supermarket in the village about 3 km away. In the communal kitchen, you can also buy delicious regional products and use the covered cooking facility.

The location in Friesland is perfect for excursions! Just 1.5 km away there is a great swimming opportunity at the lake. If you fancy a larger swim, you can reach an indoor pool after 8 km and an outdoor pool after 10 km. A golf course is also just 10 km away.
