Camping Tiveden

Exemplary campsite in the midst of Swedish forests by Lake Unden. Sanitary facilities are absolutely well-maintained and clean. Campsites are very well-kept, sufficiently large even for motorhomes. A colorful mix of guests - mainly families with children. The operating family makes every effort to ensure a perfect stay - with success! Whether with small hiking tours through the forests, paddling tours over the surrounding lakes, swimming, or other activities - it won't be boring. Bread roll service and dinner in the tipi are available by reservation. A sauna can also be booked. Conclusion: This campsite sets the bar quite high - when you leave Tiveden, you can only be disappointed by other sites. Absolutely tiny downside: there could perhaps be a few more shower stalls, washbasins, and toilets. But better to have a few clean and well-maintained ones, just like here.

Well-organized and very friendly team!! Always very clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities!!! Quiet spot despite the playground in the middle of the area!! Forest sauna can be booked for a fee, which was a highlight for us!! Would come back any time!!

A warm welcome upon arrival. A totally well-maintained site. Very clean and beautiful sanitary facilities. Spots on the grass as well as under trees by the lake. Absolutely a hidden gem.

Exactly that hits it. It is calm, cozy, right by the clearest lake in Sweden, very close to the national park. The Dutch operators are super friendly. They put a lot of effort into everything. In the morning, there are fresh eggs and rolls, in the evening there are various culinary offerings. Highly recommended. The sanitary facilities are very clean. In the middle of the site, there is a playground. This way, you can always keep an eye on the children, but it is still not loud. You have plenty of space at your pitch. In the evening, everyone meets on the dock at the lake, which was always the highlight of the day, admiring the incredibly beautiful sunsets. You can rent boats and SUP boards. We'll be back next year!

Great campsite, there is plenty of space for children and lots to play with. Great hikes possible.

A dream vacation at one of the most beautiful campgrounds we've seen. We felt right at home!

Very friendly Dutch owners. Nice little square. Quiet location by the crystal clear lake. Small dock, small beach, sauna, barbecue area, boat rental. Well-maintained sanitary facilities and small kitchen. Good for children.
