Camping de Strasbourg

A pleasant place for a city tour. However, it is very noisy due to the train in close proximity and the many groups of young people. It is said that there is internet, but that’s a joke. There is no water facility near the pitches. The pitches are very cramped.

Good campsite for city visits, by bike in less than 3 km over the excellent bike path network to the center and about 400 m to the nearest bakery. Fortunately, we had reserved for free at the end of September, shortly after 5:00 PM 'Full' was already displayed at the entrance. The pitch assigned to us was sufficiently large, albeit partially softened and muddy due to the preceding downpours. The sanitary facilities are modern and well-maintained. At night, the site is well-lit. Noise-sensitive individuals might be disturbed by the nearby railway line, which seems to have little traffic at night.

Hello We have stayed 3 times at this campsite, either in a tent or in a chalet. The first two times went normally, even if we found that the chalet lacked a bit of cleanliness 4 years ago. In contrast, last December, the chalet we rented was far from perfect: . Leak at the toilet . Water leakage issues in the shower . Unstable chairs due to wear of the legs and missing screws . Rented bikes with non-compliant lights that did not work on all 4 of our bikes. This campsite no longer seems to maintain its minimum level of comfort for these customers. Also, we clearly felt an atmosphere of managerial pressure on the employees, which strongly affected their mood. Finally, the manager blamed us for the breakage of a glass in a wood stove, while we were not at fault.

Actually a good and city-close campsite in terms of motorhome pitches. Unfortunately, we were robbed on 08.10.2024 (E-Scooter) and the next morning we learned that a total of 10 break-ins had occurred that evening.

City-close campsite, bike path directly "in front of the door", about 10 minutes walk to the tram, city center about 3km away. Pitches are sufficiently large and partly gravelled, the sanitary facilities were clean and nicely done. Bread service at the reception (no rolls). Height restriction for vehicles 3.60m.

Sanitary facilities are in order and are cleaned regularly, though there is still room for improvement. The parking spaces are relatively small, which did not matter for our purpose. The location is well connected to public transport. Therefore, it's perfectly suited for a city trip.

Fully booked by mid-December - however, there are still a handful of pitches without electricity. Very well located for a visit to Strasbourg. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, the toilet is relatively clean. Tram stop about 600m away. Important to know: it is located right next to the tracks - trains every 10 minutes.

Went spontaneously to Strasbourg and found this beautiful place. The facility is well organized, everything is within short distance and very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are good and normal in terms of cleanliness. They were cleaned several times a day, even in November. We would gladly come back.
