Even, very quiet meadow spot for our van. Very friendly reception even for Saarlanders. Wonderful hiking trails for humans and dogs. Beach promenade with 2 restaurants where dogs are not allowed. Great spot, perhaps not necessarily for kids.
We were a few days with the whole family, so 2 caravans at the site and some visitors in the afternoon and evening at the campsite. Great location Many cycling paths Swimming lake practically next door Delicious food right in the bistro at the spot with direct view of the Rhine, 200 m to another very good Italian restaurant Nice hosts with positive energy Not so optimal is the size of the plots or they are too close together.

The place is ideal as a starting point to get to know Mannheim and the surrounding area. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the showers are spaciously designed. Surprise after Drive through the City of Mannheim
We were just passing through and made a last-minute reservation by phone. We were received very kindly, well-informed, and had a nice spot with a view of the Rhine. The sanitary facilities were clean. We will stop here again on our next trip with the camper.

Great Place for a Visit to Mannheim
Beautiful place right on the Rhine in Mannheim. Super nice operators. Always approachable and helpful. Restaurants on site directly by the Rhine. You can quickly reach Mannheim and the surrounding area by bike.

Wellness camping not just for "ship watchers"
Spent two weeks there in August 2020. Very friendly site operators, family atmosphere, ideal location by the nature reserve and still quickly accessible to all urban facilities.
