A great campsite right by the Oder River and situated on a road, you hardly hear the traffic. Very nice operators who put in a lot of effort to gradually turn the somewhat outdated buildings and sanitary facilities into something nice. The operators are a Dutch couple who work hard all day long. Whether it's cleaning the sanitary facilities, maintaining green areas, providing food service, selling rolls, or running the reception, they do everything from morning till evening, and in the evening, they gather around the little fire together. There is still much to be done since the place seemed a bit run-down before they took it over. The toilets are old but clean, and the shower room has already received some minor modernizations. For us, considering the little money we paid, it's a top place, and it's just a stone's throw to the Harz Mountains.
