Quiet, well-designed place. Sanitary facilities are aging but clean

We were welcomed very kindly, allowed to choose our pitch ourselves, and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the facilities. Lovely rural atmosphere with free-range chickens and very quiet, located near the forest. Invites to return 😊

Lovingly maintained, cozy little spot. Very friendly reception at the front desk. Directly across the street, it goes down to the lake. The other way, behind the campground, you can hike. A hiking map hangs on the outside side of the reception. We walked all the way to the highest point once. Follow the green-and-white path from the campsite and then branch off onto the blue one (if you want to take the shortest route). All paths are well marked. Getting lost is actually not possible. A few hundred meters behind the campsite it gets marshy. The wooden planks do not bridge all the wet spots. Some are sunk ankle-deep. Wear appropriate footwear. The sanitary facilities are very clean and well-maintained. Their age is not noticeable. We would definitely come back and stay for a few days. One night with a camper van (3 people) cost 250 SEK.

We had requested a cabin online for one night for the following day. The confirmation came promptly. We arrived around 8 PM, were warmly welcomed, and received a very well-furnished cabin with 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa area with TV, dining table, bathroom and toilet, and an idyllic terrace directly in the woods. We can recommend this spot to every camper.
