You can tell that this campsite is designed for visitors to Venice; there really isn’t much to see in the immediate vicinity. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from the campsite to Venice and only costs €3 per person (round trip); tickets are available at the reception. The sanitary facilities are spacious, clean, and modern, and the pitches offer plenty of shade. There is a shop and a pool - we didn’t use the latter because, during our stay (probably due to the proximity to the brackish waters), there were a lot of mosquitoes present; mosquito spray is definitely a must! The atmosphere was pleasantly calm and relaxed. Overall: totally okay.

An ideal campsite that invites you to linger and have fun thanks to the swimming pool. The detour to the old town is great without a car by shuttle bus from the site, accessible by foot or by bike. The sanitary facilities are perfect and clean, washing machines available, extensive shopping on site and priced in line with local prices, restaurant is very popular (reservation necessary) and the food is delicious.
