Camping Serenella

At check-ins, the non-rentable sites are first assigned. Almost everyone who made a reservation had to deal with the reception to get an acceptable or suitable pitch. Some only after they had "drowned" after a storm. The ladies at the reception were not very cooperative or friendly. Very narrow paths with depressions that become extremely flooded during a storm. Afterwards, mud, branches, leaves, etc. are left on the paths. Sanitary facilities are old, unkempt, and quite a lot was broken. During our 16-day stay, no one repaired anything. Showers are extremely small, and there are usually no hanging hooks. Door locks are often broken. However, there are also some larger toilet/shower combinations. The washing area looks similarly dilapidated. Wobbly faucets, often only lukewarm water < 35°C.

The chalet is very small for 4 people, there is no hot water in the kitchen area and in the bathroom it takes forever to get warm water, mostly we had to take cold showers. The gas stove was defective and the bathroom was not very well maintained. The campsite itself is very well kept and quiet. Our complaints were addressed quickly and the staff were nice.
