Site
Terraced terrain on a partially steep slope in a high-stemmed pine forest and under poplars. Access to the small area near the beach and the bathing bay is through an underpass under the busy road. For caravans, there are also pitches with bamboo mat roofs. Partial sea views.
Access to water
About 100 m long and 30 m wide flat beach in a bay framed by rocks with coarse sand. Shuttle service from the area above the road.

Unfortunately did not meet expectations
Poorly managed place. Employees apparently seasonal workers or students. They were not motivated at all. Neither the reception nor in the gastro area (except at the relaxation pool, those were super nice). Pool overcrowded, too few loungers. Sometimes there was a missing ladder to get into the pool … More

Very nice beach
Terrace-shaped space with a beautiful bathing bay. From the mobile homes near the beach, there is a breathtaking view of the beach and the rocky coast.

The sanitary facilities are still the same as in the 70s, just modernized. Unfortunately, the information about inclusive Wi-Fi is incorrect. We were supposed to pay €5 per day for it! We would have stayed 5 days longer, but this is a rip-off.

Disco events starting at 21:30 blast loudly across the campsite. This is not good for campers looking for peace at night or those who just want to watch TV quietly in their caravans.

Due to its hillside location, sometimes very strenuous paths to the individual facilities (e.g. football and tennis courts). Swimming pool has aged, good supermarket, very nice beach area of the campsite.

Sènia Cala Gogo is a family-friendly resort located directly behind the sunny beach on the Costa Brava. Thanks to the many leisure activities for young and old and the fabulous six pools, there is plenty of variety on offer.
Large pool area and lots of holiday fun for families
Those who choose to camp at Cala Gogo have the Mediterranean Sea almost right in front of their caravan for a dip in the refreshing water. The campsite's six pools are also a real highlight for summer swimming fun. Families can splash around with their little ones in the flat children's pool. Sènia Cala Gogo scores with its many child-friendly activities, such as an entertainment programme with group games and a mini disco, as well as three playgrounds. There is also a varied entertainment programme for adults, with activities such as aquagym or a game of tennis on the campsite's own tennis court. In the evenings, young and old can enjoy a variety of shows or karaoke.
A sociable holiday on the Costa Brava
The location close to the beach, the six pools including a children's pool and the varied entertainment programme make the Sènia Cala Gogo an attractive destination for a family holiday. Holidaymakers spend the best time of the year on the Costa Brava in the north of Spain. A wide bay with a beautiful sandy beach stretches directly in front of the Sènia Cala Gogo. The nearest large town, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, is just 15 minutes away by public bus. There is a bus stop in front of the campsite. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the town, but the campsite itself also has a mini-market with items for daily needs. If you don't want to cook for yourself on holiday, you can enjoy snacks in the two bar-restaurants overlooking the sea or the pool. Guests can opt for a basic pitch or a particularly spacious XL pitch. Numerous pine trees surround the pitches and provide privacy in a Mediterranean setting. Entertainment programmes with games and sports for children and adults provide entertainment and make it easy to socialise with other guests. The services on the campsite include washing machines and tumble dryers as well as baby rooms in the sanitary facilities. As an alternative to the short walk, there is a shuttle service to the beach.
