Great quiet place with about 40 permanent campers. We have been going there since 2014, unfortunately since 2023 the bistro has been super bad, all frozen food and still of poor quality and very small portions that are expensive anyway. Beer price 5.50 Euro for 1/2 liter, Alsterwasser also 5.50 Euro, a small one 2.20 Euro. Such a shame.

This is a place to our liking, no frills, very nice operators and people who know how to appreciate peace!!! We've been going there since 2007, with a dike on one side and a holiday home settlement on the other! The sanitary facilities are also clean and good. A place for all who still appreciate camping as it should be, for us without pomp and this eternal hotel behavior! Simply honestly good! Catering on site 2022 was great because nothing was exaggerated or extravagant, but rather Nordic clear! Definitely one of our favorite places that we will keep going back to!!!

We were at the site with the camper for a weekend. Basically, the campsite makes a neat, tidy impression. It is located directly behind the dike, and Büsum is easily reachable by bike. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are really borderline; we are not fussy, old and spotlessly clean is fine, but it was actually a bit shabby.

The campsite is small and located in an absolutely quiet area. To the North Sea, it's just a short walk over the dike, about 100 meters. The caretakers are very nice and help wherever they can. It's about 4 kilometers to Büsum by bike. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax properly; we will definitely come back.

It is possible to manage without Wi-Fi and a computer! A very recommended and affordable place where it is still very quiet and cozy. If you are looking for luxury, you are in the wrong place; if you want to relax, you are exactly right. The facility is located directly on the dike, and you can reach the sea or the mudflat with just a few steps during low tide. Everything is a little worn, but very tidy. It takes some getting used to that the toilet paper has to be pulled in the anteroom before visiting the toilet. There is none in the individual toilets. If you do not want to cook, you can be catered to in the restaurant by Björn and Steffi. It tastes good. There is a playground for children. Büsum is not far away, and there are many nice shops to stroll through. Mudflat hikes and boat trips can also be booked there. We had a lovely time there.

Beautifully located place behind the dyke, ideal for dog owners, simple sanitation but clean. Good cycling opportunities, close to Büsum.
