There is a bike hire service, a restaurant and an adventure playground on site.
A perfect family camping site.

Check-in at the reception was okay, there were a lot of free spots and we were shown some of the smallest ones. The ADAC camping card is not accepted here, which makes me wonder why it is shown as accepted by ADAC!? We were at the campsite with three children, the pool and swimming area was good, we really appreciated that there were many supervisors. The playground next to the swimming pool is very poorly designed. Overall, we were satisfied, of course very annoyed about the discount for the ADAC camping card.

Pros: Pool (great opening hours), friendly staff, cleanliness (not exaggerated: cleaned at all times of the day and night!), sanitary facilities, shuttle service to the beach, supermarket with great bakery offerings and fresh orange juice, many items very inexpensive (some cheaper than in the large supermarket in surrounding towns, baked goods cheaper than in Germany and very good!) Not so good: Animation (too few places, "cheap" performances, area too empty and spots much smaller than stated - but you could park in the many empty spots. Very bad: Gastronomy. During the animation, it was very stressful to get any drinks (this is not how I imagine a vacation) and it was also very poor and expensive (cocktails = Caipirinha with soda????). The rest of the gastronomy was not inviting either. We tried the take-away snack, it was very expensive, taste was okay. ---Beach: Visually nice, but not a real sandy beach (where you are dropped off by the shuttle). Beach tennis etc. not possible because you sink in the sand up to your ankles. It goes in very deep. Better further left in the bay (where the other campsite is right on the beach), but over there, the water didn’t seem that clean to us, smelled strange. Or you can go to one of the small, very beautiful coves nearby (but they are crowded). --We were also disturbed by the lack of excursion potential. It’s very quiet there. Pals is beautiful and medieval, but at 10, they roll up the sidewalks.
