Quiet in a park-like setting, very pleasant, although during high season. Site/Rental Accommodation: When we made the reservation, we indicated that we had a satellite dish on the roof and got a pitch with satellite reception. Top. Otherwise, plenty of shade due to the lush greenery.

Some access roads to the pitches are very narrow. Site/Rental Accommodation: More spaces for satellite dishes.

Booked this campsite after an excellent stay at the Sandaya Le Littoral, Unfortunately this site did not live up to our expectations. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: Large plots.

Sanitary blocks were not kept clean! (only used a spray and a cloth on the toilets) Dirty floors and cobwebs everywhere. Also not heated despite cold weather. Outdoor swimming pool looked good but was too cold to swim in. Indoor pool was warm but had no changing rooms in case of bad weather. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: This was definitely not 5 stars. We give it 3 stars.

🤝 The location Pitch/Accommodation: The location 👎 The toilet needs to be cleaned more often and thoroughly, including replenishing the toilet paper. Restaurant staff sit smoking and drinking coffee on the terrace while it is completely dirty. In the restaurant, we had to complain about dirty glasses twice before finally receiving clean glasses on the 3rd attempt. We were told to keep the cutlery after the fish starter for the meat dish and only received fresh cutlery "thrown" on the table for the main course after intervention. Here too, the restroom along with the pipes had not been cleaned for a long time. Pitch/Accommodation: Service, for example bicycle plans, pay attention to the serving staff who, with plastic nails, of course do not want to dry glasses after the dishwasher and prefer to be with their own guests rather than serve.

We reached out to customer service multiple times requesting to change the booking date because we had to postpone our vacation plans by two days at short notice; despite several follow-up calls, we have yet to receive an answer to our inquiry and have paid the reservation fee for services not delivered on your part. I expect an immediate response and no references to any terms and conditions... Best regards, Bredenkötter.
