Site

Flat grassy terrain with various hedges, bushes, and deciduous trees. One section of the site has minimal vegetation. Next to a water sports leisure area with a large marina.

Note

The campsites in the area are located near the Empuriabrava airfield. Depending on the weather, paragliders take off from there with airplanes. Therefore, you may experience disturbances from air traffic.

This "campsite" has all conceivable amenities from a gym to an arcade. Probably why it has the ADAC recommendation. We made little use of it for about 60 euros per day for a motorhome and 2 people. We did not like the site very much, uncomfortable, very large, very dusty with frequent wind, fairly unkempt pitches and WiFi only free for 7 minutes once. The toilet flushing urgently needs to be revisited as it sprays excessively over the edge with too much pressure. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. We will not visit the site again, which was fully booked, as we have different expectations.
