Reservations recommended as it is busy even in the low season!
ACSI discount in low season (27.00 per night) Nice campsite with different types of pitches. Mid-September is still very busy. There were no ACSI pitches available. For an additional charge of €8.00 per night, we got a large pitch by the sea. On that side our dog was also allowed in the water. On t… More

Nice Place, Poor Sanitation
The place benefits from its beautiful location, but unfortunately it is very loud: street noise and airplanes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site is also recommendable. A major downside for us were the dogs on the beach, even though it is prohibited; it is so unhygienic! W… More

Nice little campsite.... however, the sanitary facilities are a major drawback
Perfect for boaters.... there is a slipway, as well as a jetty or buoys available. Small campsite but with quite a lot of passing traffic. Many only stay a few nights... Various pitches possible when booking. We are located in Zone C Seaside as we were last time, so we can see our boat. The sanita… More

Good site near Trogir
Sites in the middle are clearly too expensive and too tightly spaced but acceptable for 2 nights. Sanitary facilities are very worn out, cleaning there is also difficult. Gravel beach on one side is clean, unfortunately there is no shade. The plots there are also sufficiently large. Baker's cart at … More

Good campsite unfortunately too loud and definitely not suitable for dog owners.
The campsite is beautifully laid out, with nice pitches in partial shade. The sanitary facilities are old but still okay. However, the camping guide does not mention that it is located in the flight path of Split Airport. We had heavy air traffic! Additionally, the traffic on the through road that r… More

Solid Campsite with Potential
The campsite is beautifully located on a small peninsula with a lovely view of the bay. The pitches are nice, and there is a small bakery available in the mornings. The sanitary facilities are okay but need an upgrade soon. They are regularly cleaned.

Place is Okay
The pictures look idyllic, but that's unfortunately misleading. We did not take advantage of the leisure and food offerings. The sanitary facilities are generous, not completely modern, but entirely sufficient. The cleanliness could be better. The site has a beautiful beach "only" on one side of the… More

Completely Fine
We were here in August '22 and May '23. Overall satisfied. Unfortunately, with the size of the space, there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer at extreme prices - €7 each! The sanitary facilities could use a renovation, but everything is clean and the staff is friendly.

Located directly on the Croatian Adriatic coast, Camping Rožac offers guests their own access to the Mediterranean Sea, which invites you to swim in its turquoise waters. The rocky beach offers ideal conditions for relaxing in the Dalmatian sun and the entire site is extremely child- and dog-friendly, which is perfect for a family holiday.
The campsite on the island of Ciovo is located in the south of Croatia, just a few kilometres west of Split. From here, guests can quickly reach the Mediterranean Sea and several quiet bays surrounded by a sparse pine forest. The tranquil village of Okrug Gornji is less than 2 kilometres away and offers several restaurants where you can sample traditional Croatian cuisine. Camping Rožac offers a total of 120 pitches, 25 of which are parcelled out and between 60 and 100 m² in size. There is a friendly and sociable atmosphere at the campsite, which makes guests feel at home and quickly make contact with other holidaymakers. At the same time, the tranquillity provides ideal relaxation. Camping Rožac is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as dog showers and plenty of exercise facilities for your favourite four-legged friends. Fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious dishes at all times of the day. Families with children will particularly enjoy the children's playground and the activities on offer for the little ones. The varied entertainment programme is suitable for all ages and includes various sports as well as board games and shows in the evenings.
A real highlight at Camping Rožac is the cooperation with the local diving school, giving holidaymakers the opportunity to explore the colourful underwater world along the coast on their own. Travellers interested in culture will find the nearby town of Trogir a popular excursion destination. Its landmarks include the long waterfront promenade, the cathedral and the medieval Kamerlengo fortress. In Split, further afield, Diocletian's Palace and the Ivan Meštrović Gallery are among the most famous sights. Along the coast, holidaymakers can choose between sandy and pebbly beaches, while the nearby mountains are ideal for long hikes through the natural landscape of Dalmatia, which is characterised by steep mountains and dense pine forests.
