Wellness place with corners and edges

Good: already been there as a child, therefore indulgent, wellness place for families with Italian flair, as there are many local permanent campers on site, contact with other children, great animation that is not too overwhelming and intrusive, super nice restaurant „Weinstube“, friendly, dedicated staff. Difficult: situation at the beach, as it is getting narrower, renovations ongoing at the beach during Pentecost, sections of the beach are partially closed and therefore especially on weekends, masses of people crowd the narrow beach, water not so clean, there is a lot of garbage on the beach, nice swimming pool overcrowded, sanitary facilities for campers overcrowded during peak times, not very clean and some toilets closed, but cleaning staff is very dedicated, we have now reached our limits during Pentecost and had to go to several houses for showering and toilet visits.

Great campsite with fair pricing

I don't understand many reviews here, of course the campsite is not comparable to a Lido or Marina de Venezia, but the price-performance ratio suits me very well. The music from the animations is over at 11 PM and afterwards the staff also ensures that the campsite is quiet. Those who want absolute peace may need to go to a deserted island where there are also no children and dogs. If you understand that you can't expect 5 stars for not so much money, you are very well taken care of here. I believe we are now going to the campsite for the 5th or 6th time and are always satisfied.

The place is unfortunately very rundown. The bathhouses are in very poor condition. Everything looks very worn out. Dog beach is very small. Children's animation is also not really good. Food and drink are very good. Fair prices.

Do not expect too much, rather much less than the website suggests

Arrived on a Saturday, which is not recommended, as there was chaos at the reception. The pitch is sufficiently large, but was used by Slovak campers as a shortcut for their own benefit until our bikes got in the way and we said something. The nets over the pitches certainly serve a purpose, but they prevent any satellite reception, but it doesn't matter; we are on vacation. The site itself is old, really showing its age, and urgently needs renovation in many places. Children’s entertainment is available approximately 100m away every evening. We already knew all the songs after 3 evenings 😅. The pool area in the northern part is very nice, but all the sun loungers are permanently reserved and completely overcrowded. Shopping is possible, but the prices are like in the F-house. The beach has mostly disappeared after the storms. However, there is work being done to bring it back 😠. All in all, the site is just about worth its money, the holiday homes look appallingly from the outside and can be compared to an old allotment garden association. For us, after just 4 days of 14, the first and last time. If we didn’t have our camper and were dependent on the sanitary facilities, we would leave immediately. In short: Absolutely disappointed, the website doesn't even come close to reality.

Great simple family vacation

Very good8

First of all, the property is a bit outdated, the sanitary facilities could be a bit cleaner. But we had a wonderful holiday here. The pool with water games and slide was an absolute hit and very nice. The free beach and the water were lovely, there is free sunbathing space and not assigned places with umbrellas elsewhere. There is a small supermarket and souvenir shop on site, everything is good and the restaurants are also recommended. The children's entertainment is loud but only until 11:00 PM, our children loved it and still sing and dance along with the songs today. The place is not too big but nice, there are small shopping options and a Luna Park for the kids 👌👌👌 We will come back.

Incredibly loud music until deep into the night

July 2022

We are only on the second day here, but all three of us are looking forward to leaving (which we will probably prefer significantly). Extremely loud music thunders from both sides over the entire area until nighttime. A peaceful sleep is out of the question, despite closed windows. The area itself is quite nice, although not super, but the bungalow is depressingly ugly, so you really don't want to be inside here. Outside, it's way too loud in the evenings. In short: Child can't sleep because of techno, parents are irritable - this is a big mess here. We strongly advise against it and look forward to when we can leave.

Significant Need for Renovation

4

June 2022

What led the ADAC to the recommendation is a mystery to me. In particular, the sanitary facilities are in need of renovation. They are probably over 40 years old and poorly maintained; I haven't seen any craftsmen to repair broken hooks or shower fittings in 2 weeks. The standing toilets are also quite unusual: how is one supposed to use them while wearing pants? Otherwise, it is more of a neglected place with weekly watering with insecticides. Reception staff have limited English proficiency, and written announcements are predominantly in Italian (despite a variety of nationalities present). The water is heavily influenced by river input (sediment load and low salt content, similar to the Baltic Sea). Unfortunately, a spontaneous departure after a prior reservation incurs costs due to retaining the campsite fee for the entire reserved period. Overall, this is not a campsite I would recommend unless you are into 70s flair. At most, 2 stars, and that only with goodwill. The ADAC needs to take a closer look if this site is already included in the recommendations!

4-star campsite between the sea and pine forest

The Rosapineta Camping Village holiday destination south-west of Venice has regular guests who have been spending their holidays on the 46-hectare seasonal site for more than 20 years for good reason. At night it is wonderfully quiet here, while during the day young and old can enjoy swimming, boccia and table tennis or a sporty game of beach volleyball. There are two pools in the outdoor area, one of which has a water slide and a whirlpool. The sun loungers on the large terrace around the pool area are ideal for sunbathing. The two playgrounds and the mini golf course or a ride on the slow train also guarantee entertainment. Fun is the top priority for all guests, whether in the mini club, junior club or disco. Those who enjoy sports will get their money's worth in the resort's own fitness centre or on a bike tour.

The on-site restaurants offer delicious buffets and dishes from the menu. One of the highlights: For four-legged camping holidaymakers, there is ICEBAU, ice cream especially for dogs.
