Top camping site I can't say what is wrong with the review with the children. There are dozens of children running around here, all very friendly, dogs are welcome (except on the beach, which I understand). There are several options across the forest to take the dog into the water. Absolutely idyllic and relaxing, no loud music at night. Top camping site!!!!

We want to warn all families about this campsite. We had an extremely bad experience. One evening, extremely loud music was played right next to us; our children couldn’t sleep and my son (13 years old) asked around 9:45 PM how much longer the music would go on. A drunk man (who turned out to be the "boss") aggressively sent him away. We parents then politely asked if it could be turned down, and the man insulted us and said we should pack up and be gone in an hour. Of course, we couldn’t just tear down the tent in the middle of the night, and so the children spent the night in fear that the man could do something to us. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case, but when our youngest was crying loudly from exhaustion for about 10 minutes and could not be calmed down the next evening, the man (this time sober) actually came to our tent, started insulting us again and said we should leave immediately because our child was screaming. Of course, we will never come back and can only advise everyone against camping here as long as the tenant doesn’t change. He seems to react aggressively, especially towards children. Too bad, otherwise the site was okay, the facilities, especially the lake are nice; a bit older (for example, in one shower the hook was broken) but that wouldn’t have bothered us.

We were only there for one night, but still noticed that the authorities wanted to close the campsite due to significant safety deficiencies and that no legally required COVID measures were being observed. It was not apparent that COVID existed (no antigen test checks, no one wore masks - not even at the reception or in the restaurant, no signs were posted,...). Missing safety measures: no inspected playground, no first aid staff, no first aid kit, ... The owner probably shouldn't have allowed us to stay a night because of this, but we were glad it worked out (we didn’t want to drive further with a baby), on the other hand, the next day, when paying, we were ripped off (overcharged and he didn’t want to issue an invoice, 'that would be more expensive otherwise since the local tax and environmental fee would be added'). The lake is beautiful, but swimming was not allowed due to the lack of a COVID safety plan.

We are totally satisfied with our pitch. Very dog-friendly. Top personnel. Sanitary facilities old but very clean. This year no deficiencies and super satisfied. The attached inn has superb food, a big compliment to the kitchen, whether Thai, home-style cooking, or light fare. Great and fast staff. We will come back😉

Familiar, original place directly by the lake (own beach) with a certain something. The furnishings are not high-end, but everything is functional and, above all, clean.
