A few days ago, we wanted to visit some friends (permanent campers) and spend a day on the site and by the lake. We had also stayed there for an overnight stay five years ago. So far, so good; it has been possible everywhere in Germany without any problems. Just not in this closed institution!Day guests at the lake or on the premises are not allowed anymore. For a visit, we would have had to book an overnight package for each person! A visit would have been possible, but you are not allowed to leave the spot of the visited! This is also very strictly monitored. Just to clarify for everyone... all Corona rules have been lifted for over a year! When I asked where such rules come from, I was pointed extremely unfriendly to the terms and conditions. Another question about where such terms and conditions come from was answered with great unfriendliness by two people telling me to just leave if I didn't like it! They do not provide information about internal matters! Even at the reception entrance, only one person was allowed in. The fact that we are four (with two children) did not interest anyone... Entrance only for one person!Anyone wishing to go into the attached restaurant must call the displayed number and will then be picked up by the host at the reception! It’s a shame that the establishment will not see a large number of guests anymore or at all! It's a shame that you can't visit anyone at a campsite in Germany in 2023 and are especially not allowed to use the associated lake. We wouldn't mind a visitor fee (for using the site, restrooms, etc.). But we have never experienced such unfriendliness. I hope that one day the permanent campers will rise up! Welcome, or rather not, in the (closed) institution!

The campsite could be nice if it weren't for the unfriendly person running it. There are overbearing rules, partly inflated prices, and an ignorant staff. Furthermore, it is loud. Young people are not tolerated, dogs and other pets are hardly accepted, one has to pay extra for babies, and even paying guests are not treated kindly, but at least tolerated.

The site is really worth recommending. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. The pitches are nice and large, the washhouse was always clean, and the lake really has great water quality. The entire facility was always very well maintained. I have already been there three times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, the number of tourist pitches has been reduced and there is only one large area in the front part of the site.

Very snippy older lady at the reception. Obviously, the owners of the place no longer feel the need to be attentive to the guests.

...and will not come again, even though the campsite is located by a beautiful lake with clear water, whose beach area has been enhanced with sand. The guests also appreciate this very much. The layout of the site and its division are tasteful, making one feel comfortable. The sanitary facilities seem somewhat underdimensioned in number (sinks, showers) for a fully occupied site, yet they were always clean. It should also be noted that a children’s bathroom has been considered. The bread roll service is also acceptable. For this, as well as for the site, location, and sanitary facilities, the campsite receives two stars. The campsite is suitable for people who like it loud at night. We found it incomprehensible that the management is very strict about adhering to the corona regulations and the campsite rules, yet is neglectful in other areas. It does not make sense that the campsite is blasted with disco music from the restaurant on Saturdays until shortly before midnight, even though quiet time is supposed to start at 10:00 PM. If there is no noise from the restaurant, the party mood of some guests ensures that it takes a long time for the campsite to settle down. The statement "quiet at night" is definitely not true, as the A5 is clearly audible at the latest when the party noise wanes. The pitches only have shade rarely. I would like to know where the minimum size of 75 m² comes from. I would like to request that this information be checked above. In my view, it is at best 65 m². The restaurant offers Croatian and national cuisine. The posted menu does not match what is currently offered. Although we had made a reservation, we cannot comment on the quality of the food. We fled after a considerable hour from the aforementioned disco music; otherwise, we might have endured it longer. During this time, we only managed to get a drink and place our order. The restaurant owner is very nice and friendly but simply cannot serve all the tables due to her capacity.

We were here for a weekend and we couldn't have lasted longer. Check-in: very friendly We had a dog with us, which is allowed on the pitch but is otherwise unwelcome. You can't take the dog anywhere except out of the premises for walks. You can't even take a lap around the lake or the site. It's okay that the dog isn't allowed on the beach, but taking a walk should surely be allowed. It would be better to make the site completely dog-free instead of restricting campers this way. The car has to be parked outside. We had it parked on the pitch and were asked to move it. Others stayed overnight; apparently, that didn't matter. The pitches are the smallest we have ever been on, but the car still managed to fit sideways in front of the tent. Anyway, we drove out. By the way, cars were constantly driving around the site to unload, park, and later leave, etc. So the site is definitely not car-free :-) We have been to several campsites during Corona times, but we have never experienced anything like this here. Totally ignorant campers, especially the long-term campers, who probably make up 70% of the occupancy. Masks in the washrooms? Nonexistent! Control by the operators? Nonexistent! Honestly, no one ever wore a mask there. Neither while washing, using the WC, nor in the showers. When we asked someone from the campsite why they didn't care about this, the only response was: what should we do? Let themselves be run over by their many long-term campers? Surely not! There are so many possibilities; we experienced it ourselves at other sites, but a shrug is just shocking. However, masks were worn properly at the reception. On a positive note, the option for a late check-out was available. Conclusion: there are so many campsites, also in the immediate vicinity, that we would love to visit again. But not this site. Anyone who wants to smoke is better off at another campsite and can just come here for diving at the lake, which is always possible with registration at the diving school.

We were two traveling with a bike and a small tent and paid €30.50. Very expensive, so after setting up the tent, I looked at the invoice: €3.50 was charged for electricity without asking. Since I didn't need any electricity, I politely inquired. The lady became sharper in tone with each response and actually offered me the following solution: I would get my money back and should clear the site! I of course remained (after 100 km of cycling and setting up the tent) and pointed out my review. Her comment: "That's really below the belt!" How right she is...
