Dream Spot

June 2021

We reserved a spot by the water for a week. Very nice, competent reception; the spot is great, with direct access to the water and a beautiful view. The sanitation facilities are simple, but very well maintained and adequate. Service at the spot and a boss who finds a solution for every problem. We had a very nice week here.

June 2020

We had reserved a spot by the water in advance and we hit the jackpot. A motorhome parking space right by the water, perfect location, perfect view, perfect weather. Simply brilliant. Very nice campsite operators (German-speaking), sanitary facilities are simple but well-maintained. Especially now, during the Corona crisis, they are cleaned, disinfected, and wiped several times a day. Hand sanitizer is available in sufficient quantities at the entrance, as well as soap at the washbasins. Very well implemented, for this we give our great praise! We felt very good and safe here despite Corona. And how close you get to others, you can easily control yourself while camping ;-) The train runs along the campsite, but at night it is quiet; during the day it can be heard but is not too disturbing. The road is also not a bother. A pleasantly quiet campsite, very nice ramp for launching and putting in our SUPs. The only downside from our perspective: the wind is directly on the site, so the waves often bring along churned-up plant debris. This is a bit of a bother when going into the water, but we could live with it well. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

The sanitary facilities are clean but outdated, warm water for flushing is only available every 10 seconds at the push of a button, and the water for showering is not adjustable. The restaurant on site only has snack quality. The view of the lake from the campsite is partially obstructed because the first row of motorhomes is parked too close.

The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but well maintained and are cleaned several times a day. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that is a bit bothersome is the barking dogs, but it's more the dog owners' fault. We have a spot right next to the railway line, which does not bother us personally. No trains run at night. All in all, we are very satisfied with the site.

April 2018

No sunbathing area available above the dock wall because it is densely occupied by caravans and motorhomes. Here, the price is also higher. As a result, others have little view of the lake. Train traffic is immediately next to the site from 5 am in the morning. The street next to it is audible all night and well-frequented. Large motorhomes should not be parked sideways in the first row. Here, the operator of the site is called for. Other facilities are adequate / functional. Staff are friendly.
