At the mouth of the Matarraña River in the Ebro, Camping PortMassaluca offers unique fishing experiences and boat trips in the north-east of Spain. The quiet campsite with bungalows and a site for caravans and motorhomes is located 8 km north of the town of La Pobla de Massaluca in Catalonia. The surrounding waters are home to zander, catfish, carp and black bass. In addition to canoe and boat hire, the campsite, which specialises in spin fishing, also offers a fishing shop with equipment hire and guided fishing tours. The Ebro reservoir Riba-Roja, famous for a solitary church tower rising out of the water, is an attractive spot. On land, trekking and wine tours are popular leisure activities. The on-site restaurant serves fine wines, homemade tapas and Mediterranean dishes.
