Does not keep what it promises! Certain points from the ADAC description are missing. First contact was nice, but when we realized that we had received an apartment with an extremely long staircase with a 2-year-old, it became unfriendly and inflexible! We rented a bungalow, which we assumed was standalone (never and ever with stairs). That's what the description suggested. In the end, it was a house with 6 apartments. There were no loading or unloading options directly at the apartment. You were supposed to park in the assigned spot in the central parking lot and carry all the luggage/shopping from the car. (At the reception, it is assumed that only guests with little luggage are in these accommodations). Location directly at the reception, where occasionally the staff (or their acquaintances) smoke on the separate path to the apartment (annoying).

Very many parking spaces in the off-season are very pleasant. Large parcels. Grounds and toilets are clean 24 hours. Louder on weekends because the locals arrive. All possibilities for boats and water sports. Beautiful park with less shade. Very nice beach bar. Prices okay. Pizzeria okay. Very nice staff predominately. Located surrounded by the national park with various bird watching points.

Often very loud, 90% youth groups and Dutch people among themselves. The toilets are very clean, but the gastronomy and supermarket are extremely expensive. No offerings for toddlers, except for the kids' club at the swimming pool, which has only a limited offer. Almost throughout the entire site there is no Wi-Fi, despite the announcement and bookable "high-speed" version being disastrous everywhere. Overall rather mediocre, we would not come back.

We absolutely cannot understand how all the positive reviews come about. We had read the great promises like nature reserve etc. and thought that one could spend a quiet holiday here. This is prevented by the campsite operator, who blasts music throughout the site every day until at least 12:30 AM, but also about 100 young people in various youth groups, who with their ghetto blasters destroy the last bit of peace and also roam loudly across the site at night. It's incomprehensible how someone over 30 can give more than one star here! An absolute nightmare! One star only because apparently you can't give zero.

Large plots, quietly located (night quiet is strictly enforced until the weekends, see below), beautifully located beach bar with balcony (wonderful view over the entire bay) Many dogs and on weekends many locals gathering who also cause "noise" after midnight. An insufficient shower capacity for the campsite size leads to longer waiting times in the high and low season.

Great ground-level facility outside the nearest village, super pitches, something to offer for everyone. For us the most important: The dog is allowed on the beach and also in the water, regardless of the time. We fell in love with this site immediately... Super nice staff, always courteous and helpful.

The Camping Nautic Armada has been a perfect travel destination since student days. Now with children and many friendly families, we enjoy this place year after year in the spring and occasionally in the summer because all age groups can pursue their interests and enjoy the holiday: although windsurfing is the focus, athletes, snorkelers, beach volleyball players, pool enjoyers, cycling kids, shopping queens, and sun worshippers can all fully enjoy their time here. Simply a brilliant complete family package!

Surrounded by wide meadows and rivers, reed beds and Mediterranean vegetation, Camping Nautic Almata in Spain is particularly popular with nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Water sports enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers will also enjoy an all-round successful stay at this family-friendly holiday park on the Costa Brava thanks to its direct beach location.
The camping village is an oasis of relaxation and is characterised by its natural design with palm and deciduous trees, shrubs and flat hedges as well as canals, jetties and moorings. Around 1,000 pitches are spread across the 22-hectare holiday resort. All of them measure between 80 square metres and 100 square metres and are equipped with electricity and water connections. There is also a cosy camping feeling in the Bahía Almata Lodges. There are 20 of these spacious tents with a wooden terrace, canopy and kitchenette at Camping Nautic Almata. The bungalows, which have a rustic ambience and are designed for up to six guests, are located directly on the canal. Holidaymakers without their own caravan will also feel right at home in the detached Senillosa flats, which all have a spacious terrace with seating areas. To ensure that the breakfast table is well stocked in the morning, guests will find everything they need for self-catering in the campsite supermarket. The crêperie is popular with those with a sweet tooth and the pizzeria is also popular with individual holidaymakers at Camping Nautic Almata. Several bars, including one on the beach and one by the tennis court, offer cool refreshments in between. With renewed energy, holidaymakers can return to the activity programme and join in with the sports entertainment. Water aerobics, basketball and table tennis are just some of the sports on offer. Everyone can enjoy a relaxing swim in the idyllic pool area with tropical greenery, whirlpool and children's pool. The campsite's mini golf course is just as popular with the little ones as it is with the grown-ups.
The miniclub and playgrounds are fun and lively, while the residential areas are characterised by a quiet atmosphere. The beach bar, which is also rather quiet during the day, regularly transforms into a lively party location and the restaurant also regularly hosts events with a different focus. There is no shortage of excursion destinations at Camping Nautic Almata: water sports and diving spots can be found not far from the beach and the coastal foothills will delight you with the small medieval town of Castelló d'Empúries and the vast landscape of the "Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà" nature park with wild horses, fertile wetlands and numerous bird species.
