Flat meadow terrain with a small, man-made bathing pond. Numerous trees, hedges, and floral decorations. Located in a valley next to a stream, very secluded. Hilly surroundings. Sandy beach at the pond is about 20 meters long and 5 meters wide, adjacent to a 1000 square meter sunbathing lawn.
