Camping Mare spoils families and those seeking peace and quiet with a fantastic beach holiday in the first row on the Baltic Sea. Situated in the middle of an idyllic dyke and dune landscape, the family-friendly campsite not only invites you to swim in the sea, but also to enjoy a variety of excursions.
Camping Mare - relaxation right on the white sandy beach
The family holiday village, which covers an area of around 3 hectares, has spacious pitches ranging in size from 80 to 120 square metres and 16-amp sockets. The pitches are surrounded by hedges and offer privacy, and are either paved or have a grassy area. Guests particularly appreciate the well-kept sanitary facilities with barrier-free and child-friendly equipment. It is only a few metres from Camping Mare over grassy dunes to the public Lensterstrand beach. On this unspoilt shore you can hire beach chairs, pedal boats and play beach volleyball. Thanks to the strong winds, the Baltic Sea offers ideal conditions for surfing in particular. The dyke zone, which stretches for kilometres along the coast, offers hiking, cycling and riding trails through the picturesque landscape of Schleswig-Holstein. If you follow Lensterstrand to the north-east, you will reach a mini-golf course, a climbing park and a nudist area.
