The welcome is only in French, we encountered dog feces on the slightly sloped pitch, and the sanitary facilities are in desperate need of renovation. The toilets are cramped, and in the showers, at least in the evening, there is barely enough water to shower. The size of the pitches and the path through the dunes as well as the beach are acceptable.

The maintenance of the "old" mobile homes (especially the terraces are aging and becoming dangerous). Lack of staff to ensure maintenance (covered pool floor is black in some places, exteriors and leaves from the trees not picked up, spider webs in the mobile home...). Location/Accommodation: Mobile home not maintained, aging. Struggled with ants for a week. Master bedroom very hot (plan for a fan). Wooden terrace in poor condition.

The responsiveness of the team when a small issue is reported. For example: electric coffee maker inadequate, reported on day 2 and no reaction despite reminding until our departure on day 30! The same applies to the condition of the terrace floor, where some slats are rotten with nails protruding (danger!)

We arrived on the 22nd in the mobile home, and on Monday evening it was 42 degrees. It was impossible to sleep, so we requested a mobile home in the shade; unfortunately, they did not have one. The camping site was far from full, so we left on Tuesday without any apology from their side. It is a shame for a 5-star camping site! My wife fainted at night due to the 42-45 degree temperature inside the mobile home. I think that is normal, and therefore I consider this stay to be terrible and find the situation unacceptable. The only thing I liked was the pool.
