First of all, what was good: the place is clean, the service is very friendly, deficiencies were instantly addressed even on Sunday. Shopping and the pool, like the restaurant, are centrally located in the middle. That was all the positive things. Negative points: it upset me as a disabled person that I have to climb an incline of about 15% from my pitch to the washhouse, which is absolutely not possible. To get to the swimming pool and shopping, I also have to go up this hill; cycling within the site without an E-bike is not feasible. To reach the beach, you also have to go over this hill. For retirees and disabled people, this place, however nice it may be, is an imposition. I will not come back here. I feel sorry for the staff who were very friendly and helped us as best as they could. My heartfelt thanks to them.

Nice campsite, great swimming pools. A pool just for adults with pleasantly warm water. Playgrounds and sports facilities for all ages. The site is very large and spacious and quite hilly. The paths are very long on foot, especially to the beach (depending on the pitch), definitely not for people who are not good on foot. Feasible by e-bike. The site is more for young, sporty people. Staff very nice; food in the bars is not particularly good, there are definitely better ice cream options in Lacanau. We had private sanitation, right at the pitch. It was very pleasant. Otherwise, the paths seem to be quite long. Pitches for caravans are partly quite tight. It gets quite cramped even when it's not full. Very quiet in the pre-season. Would not book more than 3 weeks.

We felt very comfortable overall, but what really disturbed us was the tightness when entering and exiting. The traffic flow does not take direct routes but a long route through the campsite, so we had a 20-minute drive to reach our spot with the caravan. In some places, there are very steep slopes and tight curves. We got stuck at a corner both entering and exiting, only managing to maneuver around the tight curve (once there was a tree, another time a tent in the way; we have a 7m caravan). Therefore, we probably won't come back. The campsite is well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly. The nearby path to the beach is great, especially since it was nice and empty just before the season. There is a good animation program, very aimed at German guests, and a very nice pool. Everything seemed very full and noisy even though the site was far from fully booked. The washhouse often had power outages resulting in no hot water. There is very good shopping at the supermarket. Due to the offerings on-site and the proximity to the beach, it feels like a club, and leaving the campsite isn't actually necessary for a successful holiday.

Very nicely located campsite with a great pool. Nice atmosphere. Great location. Great offer (Pumptrack, sports area) For the site from our perspective (as a family) 5 stars. (I’m not sure if I would see it the same as a visitor to the campsite, the pitches are sometimes quite far from the beach). BUT: Our (“Premium”) mobile home is very poorly equipped and dirty. In the children's room, a socket was hanging out of the wall!! There is barely one parasol, not even a awning. There is no air conditioning, and there is no grill either. The mobile homes are very tightly packed together (which we are used to differently from other Yelloh sites) - the prices are too high for that! Wifi is practically non-existent in our mobile home. The shower for the kids is leaking. The adult room is tiny, and you can hardly get to the bed on one side because of the heating. There is only one bedside lamp. In the showers, there's not even a shelf for shampoo and soap. Also, the mobile home wasn't thoroughly cleaned - there's still tomato sauce on the curtain and the door from the previous occupant! 5 stars for the campsite, but for the “Premium” mobile homes - especially considering the price, only 2 stars.

This 5-star campsite has everything you need for a family vacation. For us, the highlights were the modern sports field with the skate park. Absolutely recommended!

A place shaped by surfers. Campsites arranged in partly very steep terraces. The path to the great beach is about 15 minutes on foot. The large number of campsites and rental houses makes the place look very overcrowded, which negatively impacts the pool and evening events. The sanitary facilities are okay… but nothing more. There is already an extreme odor nuisance from the toilets while showering. The facility is not recommended for seniors. A maximum of 4 stars is justified.

At the end of the season, something is missing! Sanitary facilities mostly clean - moldy joints, rotting fence posts, dilapidated steep stairs, and very narrow paths that pose a real challenge for large rigs and motorhomes. Great guide service without which you would never find secluded pitches. A lot of mountains and valleys with partly poor roads on the large site. No dog toilet. Very nice staff - abundant food supply - good prices. Beach super, almost normal like the Atlantic. Conclusion: 4 stars because the good outweighs the bad!
