Camping Les Chapelains

🤝 It was great to be at Les Chapelains again. And the care from Jean Michel and Alice is of course so nice. We also enjoyed two evenings of wonderful live music. We had a delightful holiday. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The spot where we always stay is simply great. We were with one caravan and one tent. The electricity was fine. 👎 Maybe on music nights occasionally 'a different menu'. The food is always delicious, even on music nights. And it should also be practical because of the special evening. But maybe it could be a bit more varied on those evenings? It doesn't have to be expensive, of course.

👍 Beautiful, fairly quiet environment. Lovely Drome to cool off in. Great owners and their helpers. Delicious food, especially the burgers. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Coco Sweet is ideal for me. Good bed, kettle, fridge. 👎 Not for me.

🤝 Friendly reception, flexible Nice, small place. Clean, well-equipped sanitary facilities Only 2 min to the river - the perfect refreshment Pitch/rental accommodation: We were passing through for 1 night. We were a couple with a 7m motorhome.

👎 Small-scale quiet campsite where the campsite owner still knows his guests and creates a friendly atmosphere. In addition, he is an excellent cook of simple dishes made from local products. In the Drome, you can enjoy cooling off on warm days. Pitch/Rental accommodation: good and spacious camping spots within walking distance, through the bushes, from the Drome. 👎 At the end of the season keep the terrace open longer in the evening for a simple ‘dinner’.

👍 I enjoyed the quiet simplicity of the campsite in nature. I loved cooling off in the Drôme river. Pitch/Accommodation: Pitch by the river under the trees. Pitch/Accommodation: Too bad it was the end of the season, and therefore the restaurant was no longer available.

👎 The area with the spots for tents and 2 Coco Sweet is very shaded, green, and pleasant. A small pleasant path along the river leads on foot to the road to Saillans. Very clean and well-designed sanitary facilities. I appreciated the attention to ecology. Spot/Accommodation: Comfortable and well-furnished. Very pleasant spot. Spot/Accommodation: Having some bowls in the dishware of the accommodation might be practical. In the distance, the traffic of the busy D93 can be heard.

👋 Small campsite, spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities Pitch/Rental accommodation: Spacious site with electricity. 👎 Eating options in the low season are limited Pitch/Rental accommodation: The view of the mountain was disappointing. We had a view of a sports field. No water at the pitch and no drainage.
