Camping Les Bords du Tarn

👍 We chose to go to this campingsite as I have had good memories of this place from when I was younger. It is great to see that the place has only changed for the better. The owners are great, and despite us being in the late part of the season all the facilities were kept up and we were able to enjoy the occasional drink on the terrace. The riverside camping sites are lovely and all the facilities are adequate. Pitch/rental accommodation: Tent with 2 people. Pitch was very spacious with a washing line included. Power outlets are close to the pitch. 👎 The sensor based showers in the main complex are relatively annoying, and we were not able to sustain a constant waterflow which is not great when showering. Beautiful, tidy campsite with pitches directly by the Tarn river. Friendly campsite owners. Pitch/Rental accommodation: For two adults, including caravan, car, and electricity. Everything for a very good price-quality ratio.

Cons

Pitch/Rental accommodation: At the end of the season, it is a bit quieter at the campsite. Only the spots along the river were somewhat occupied, otherwise it was empty. Nevertheless, both toilet buildings were open and well-cleaned, which was very pleasant.

Pros

The camping site is great, the welcome is warm, very well located to visit the region, by the water and with perfect facilities. We were able to do a canoe-kayak activity directly with the camping, which is convenient. We had a wonderful vacation. Location/Rental accommodation: The mobile home is very clean and functional with a very pleasant outdoor space in the greenery of the camping.

A relaxing atmosphere at the campsite, friendly owners, and plenty to do in the area. The kids had a great time with other youth swimming in the pool, in the river, and making campfires. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Tent site with space for extra tents, electricity and car on the site.

The water in the shower was quite cold, and in chilly weather, that is not very pleasant.

The location is very beautiful. Stunning by the Tarn in a lovely region. Highly recommended. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Very spacious spot by the water with views of plenty of greenery.

The shower button that turns off automatically is somewhat annoying. Pitch/Rental accommodation: It was a bit sandy, so sand shoes are advised.

Pleasant stay at a well-equipped campsite located on the banks of the Tarn and perfectly maintained. Location/Rental: All pitches are very spacious, clean, and shaded, ideal for relaxing family holidays.
