The location of the campsite. The gentleman at the food kiosk was nice and the burgers are really good.

We arrived and were barked at by the director's dog. At our pitch, the electricity didn’t work. We had to go to the reception twice. Luckily, we didn’t fully set up the tent. I stepped on the grid around the pool and fell because the grid broke. When we reported it, no one even asked if we were okay. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities really left a lot to be desired. A real bar and a more suitable dining area would be a big plus. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Lack of electrical outlets. Little privacy.

Total misunderstanding regarding the 4 stars. Only one sanitary block for the campers, which is poorly maintained (spider webs! Definitely don't look up at the ceiling). Another one is dilapidated! The only positive point is the pool (except for the very unpleasant floor), but especially the location near the beach. The shop is almost non-existent, and the dining option is not great. No bar, no more fridge rentals, and not really a freezer provided for campers' ice packs. It's worth noting that the staff is smiling, though... but we are far from a 4-star experience. What a pity, the location is quite nice.
