Camping Le Phare

The campsite is super close to the sea! You only have to walk across the road and over a dune belt and you are standing on the long, up to 40-metre-wide sandy beach. It is just 50 metres to the perfect swimming spot in the Atlantic.

If you do not feel like swimming in the sea, the campsite has a great offer for you. There is a heated outdoor pool, an indoor pool for cooler days, a paddling pool for the little ones and even a relaxing whirlpool. Perfect for the whole family!

The terrain is completely flat and located on the quiet outskirts of town. The pitches for campers have little vegetation, which brings you plenty of sun. The campsite is heavily dominated by rentals, but with 100 parcelled pitches (90 to 100 m²) it offers enough space for your own realm.

Prices depend on the season and your accommodation. Since the campsite is currently not bookable online directly via PiNCAMP, you should keep an eye on the prices. You should plan for the following cost factors:

• Pitch fee for your tent, motorhome or car with caravan
• Electricity connection (10 amps at the pitches)
• Tourist tax (local fee on site)
• Possible fees for Wi-Fi or bicycle rental
• Costs for rentals (if you arrive without your own equipment)

Arriving at Camping Le Phare on the beautiful island of Île de Ré is straightforward, as the terrain is completely flat. You should pack a suitable extension cable for your pitch, as the sockets offer 10 amps of electricity. Perfect for standard electrical appliances in your motorhome or caravan.

You are well looked after here! In the morning, you can get fresh rolls via the bread roll service. For lunch or dinner, you can enjoy a cosy meal in the campsite's own inn or restaurant, or grab something quick at the snack bar. For larger purchases, there is a supermarket 800 metres away in the nearby town centre.
