Arrived on Monday (very clean sanitary facilities), but cleaning was only done on Wednesday around 10 a.m., so it wasn't great on Tuesday. This should be done every day, even if it means closing a few toilets in October. No lighting above the dishwashing basins in the evening. As soon as it gets dark - which is early in October - you need to bring a lamp to do the dishes. After midnight, there is no lighting on the campsite. Turning off the streetlights seems normal to me. However, a few solar lights along the path and approaching the sanitary facilities would be advisable.
