The toilets are well cleaned; however, on busy hot days, many people/kids from the pool come into the toilet buildings, causing them to become dirty very quickly. Perhaps an extra cleaning on those days would be a good idea, or ideally, a special toilet by the pool. Unfortunately, we also experienced again that people put their towels on a sunbed in the pool area in the morning and then stay away for a long time, preventing others who are actually there from getting a bed.
