Upon our arrival, the welcome was excellent. The facilities are top-notch, as is the cleanliness in the sanitary areas. The person managing the site is very helpful and strives to meet requests. The location is calm and not too far from the city center, with frequent and free shuttles. Plot/Rental accommodation: good space of the pitches.
The terrain is slightly sloped, which prevented us, despite using blocks under the wheels of the camper, from utilizing our sink due to the downward slope of our plumbing.

Very beautiful region, especially in winter. Location/Rental accommodation: Large pitches, but very impractical in winter.
Location/Rental accommodation: A good resurfacing and regular salting would not be a luxury.

Pleasant stay, spa and sauna are top-notch 👌👍, clean restrooms, hot showers, nothing to complain about. We will gladly return 😊.
Very challenging location to exit (muddy), took 45 minutes to get out. Location/Rental accommodation: Muddy.

Well-located campsite for skiing. The shuttle bus stops right at the campsite and in 3 minutes we are at the cable cars. Otherwise, it's a 15-minute walk to the town center, a bit longer on the way back because it goes uphill... Beautiful view of the mountains. Location/Rental Accommodation: New and comfortable.
Campsite located next to a noisy main road. The caravans are not soundproofed. Location/Rental Accommodation: Lack of sound insulation.

Proximity to the ski lifts Site/Rental accommodation: Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities
Clearing of the pitches Site/Rental accommodation: Disproportionate electricity rates for a similar stay at another caravan site, I paid €2.5.

There was plenty of snow this year, a lovely stay. The caravan hasn't moved in 3 years. Location/Rental accommodation: Clean, in good condition, great for a holiday.
The backrest of the bench keeps falling down.

The Nordic spa and the cleanliness of the dishwashing and sanitary areas. The kindness of the people and the reception. Location/Rental accommodation: Everything else! This wasn't our first time and it won't be our last!
No shuttle service in the evening to easily go to the center with children safely. Location/Rental accommodation: The location was very damaged by the melting snow and perhaps if there were grids for the wheel spots (seen in Holland) it would be more stable and we wouldn't like the spots. We only had a small piece of pallets, perhaps this system could be generalized for everyone.
