Beautiful campsite
👍 Casual atmosphere. Quiet. Delicious food on the terrace. Location/Rental accommodation: Quiet campsite, swimming pool with sun loungers, space to explore the surroundings. Beautiful view. 👎 Warm water in the washing facilities etc. was not really warm.

Camping L'Ardéchois is an absolute paradise for children in dreamlike surroundings.
Camping L'Ardéchois combines historic buildings with modern comfort
This comfortably equipped campsite is located in the midst of an enchanting natural setting. Characterised by dense forests and rushing waters, the whole family, including the dog, is drawn out into nature. But the campsite itself also has a lot to offer. The youngest children in particular enjoy the fun activities, an exciting playground and a shallow children's paddling pool. Older guests will find plenty of sporting activities on offer, including a multi-purpose sports field and bike hire. If you are not travelling with your own motorhome or caravan, you can rent a chalet, mobile home, bungalow or tent in various sizes. The restaurant is located in a restored farmhouse. A grocery shop, snack bar and sandwich service as well as two large pools round off the offer.
Nature to touch and experience
The marvellous surroundings of the campsite offer numerous nature experiences. The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region is famous for its largely unspoilt nature. Gentle hills, high mountains and dense forests, crossed by rushing rivers, invite holidaymakers to go hiking, biking and canoeing. Passionate anglers will also get their money's worth on the River Glueyre and, with a little luck and good luck, can catch their own dinner. Those wishing to savour typical regional delicacies have the opportunity to do so in the restaurant La Grange, which treats its guests to a wonderful stone terrace. The sleepy village of Gluiras is around 8 kilometres away and is still considered an insider tip.
